Overview

Upgraded Styling. If you're looking to give your EU/AU Mustang an upgrade in styling and appearance, this is the perfect way to do it! From the factory, the EU/AU Mustang has reflectors that do not light up. With the included OEM harness, you'll be able to upgrade your sidemarkers to illuminate with hundreds of LEDs, for a modern and unique appearance. Choose from three lens color options to match your vehicle or preference.

OEM Grade. Unlike other sidemarkers on the market, Diode Dynamics lamps use OEM-grade retroreflector optics, which provide the required reflective safety and a clean, premium appearance when off, unlike "diffuser" or plain flat lenses without any reflective features. The units themselves are designed directly from OEM CAD data for a perfect fit, and the connector plugs right into the factory socket. All sidemarkers illuminate in bright red, but there are three colors of lenses. Choose the one that fits your style!

Red: Also called OEM, these match your original, and are DOT/SAE compliant in both illumination and lens color.

Smoked: A dark appearance, great on black and grey vehicles. (May not meet compliance requirements in your region.)

Clear: Blends nicely on white and silver. These are clear in color, but still have the retroreflector optics. (May not meet compliance requirements in your region.)

  1. Hi, Does the EU version of the rear side marker light up amber? I believe that in EU (at least in Sweden) side markers are not allowed to light up red although they can be red reflectors.
    Also, does the EU version come with the same connector as the North American version? I am needing to convert my Mustangs for use in EU.
    The EU/AU version of this product is the exact same as the USDM model, just with an extra wiring harness to power everything. The LEDs will be red.

  2. I’ve received my LED side marker lights but there was no wiring on my car to use to light it up. Do you know how I can run some wires and the correct plug to it so it works as I wanted it too? Thanks.
    The EU/AU kit comes with the proper wiring to hook the sidemarkers up. If you did not receive the wiring and you purchased this kit, please contact us and we can help get you the proper wiring!

  3. I have a 2016 5.0 V8 GT (Right hand drive) UK model Mustang. The car currently has the orange reflectors on the rear bumber that do not light up. I want to order a pair of the smoked lights so I have a few q's:
    1) Will these fit without having to cut into the bumper (I'm not sure if the UK reflectors are just stick on's as opposed to push and clip in) ?
    3) Are these legal in the UK?
    1.) Yes, these will fit without modifying the bumper, they are the push and clip in kind.
    2.) As far as we know these should be legal in the UK. Of course always check local laws and regulations relating to automotive lighting before purchasing.

  4. As the Au model does not have wiring, is this include with the lights,? The pictures only show short'tails'.
    It is included with these lights for the EU/AU listing.

  5. I just ordered a EU-Bullitt. And this car needs clear side markers for sure. My Problem: In Germany it is not allowed to light up the side markers. So, do you have the clear markers für the EU-Version without LED and elctrics too?
    Unfortunately we do not; sorry about that!

  6. I imported a US Mustang 2015 to Europe.
    What is the difference between the US and EU/AU version of these side markers? Only the electrics, or also the shape? In other words... Will these fit my US Mustang?
    If you have a USDM Mustang, the Sidemarkers will be plug-and-play. Since the EU/AU Mustang's Sidemarkers do not have any bulbs illuminating them, our EU/AU Mustang Sidemarkers are sold with wiring to tap for power!
