1. No Returns / No Exchanges (Change of Mind Policy)
All sales are final. Due to the specialized nature of our high-performance automotive lighting products, and to prevent misuse and ensure fair pricing for all customers, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges for products purchased due to a change of mind, incorrect ordering by the customer, or subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., "I don't like the color temperature," "it's not as bright as I imagined" if it performs to specifications, or "I ordered the wrong size/model").
We strongly advise customers to thoroughly research the product specifications, compatibility, and application before making a purchase. Our website provides detailed information, images, and technical specifications to assist you. Our customer support team is also available to help with pre-purchase inquiries.
2. Damaged or Defective Products (Covered by Warranty)
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged during transit or is found to be defective in material or workmanship upon delivery, please notify us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please provide clear photographs or videos of the damage/defect along with your order details.
For any genuine manufacturing defects or performance issues that arise during the warranty period, your product is covered by the Diode Dynamics India Warranty. Our warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions for repair or replacement of defective products. A "no return" policy does NOT apply to defective or faulty products.
3. advlust.com Warranty Policy
As the authorized distributor for Diode Dynamics in India, all products purchased from advlust.com or our authorized dealers are covered by the official Diode Dynamics warranty.
The warranty period and terms are specific to each product, as detailed on our website product pages and in the official Diode Dynamics warranty documentation. (e.g., "Select products carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty, while others have an 8-year or 3-year limited warranty.")
Warranty claims will be processed directly by advlust.com.
Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does NOT cover damage resulting from:
- Improper installation, negligence, or misuse of the product.
- Modification, tampering, or unauthorized repair attempts.
- Accidents, impact, water damage (beyond IP rating), or environmental factors.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Purchase from unauthorized sellers.
Warranty Claim Process:
- Contact our customer support team at connect@advlust.com / +91 8897340505 with your order number, product details, and a clear description/evidence (photos/videos) of the issue.
- Before sending the product, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by submitting the RMA Request Form given below. Products returned without a valid RMA will not be accepted or processed.
- Our technical team will review your claim and may require further diagnostic information or troubleshooting steps.
- If the product is determined to be defective under warranty, we will provide instructions for return (at customer's expense for initial return shipping; replacement shipping will be covered by us).

Upon receipt and inspection of the defective product, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product.

4. Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order is marked as "Processed" or "Shipped," it cannot be cancelled.

- All products returned for warranty claims must be in their original packaging (if possible) with all accessories.

Official Product Warranty Policy
At advlust.com, we stand behind the superior quality and engineering of every genuine Diode Dynamics product. As the sole authorized distributor for India, we are committed to upholding the manufacturer's warranty to ensure your complete satisfaction and provide peace of mind.
This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
1. Warranty Coverage Periods
All genuine Diode Dynamics products purchased from advlust.com (through our website) or our authorized dealer network in India are covered by the following limited warranty periods, effective from the original date of purchase:
Limited Lifetime Warranty: Applies to select off-road products, including:
- SSC1 LED Pods
- SSC2 LED Pods
- SS3 LED Pods
- SS5 LED Pods
- Stage Series Rock Lights
- HitchMount LED Pod Reverse Kit
(Note: This applies to qualifying products purchased on or after April 15, 2025. Please refer to specific product pages for the most up-to-date warranty information.)
8-Year Limited Warranty:
Applies to all Stage Series (SS) products (excluding those covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty) and Elite Series Headlights/Fog Lights. This includes coverage for manufacturing defects for the full 8 years. Surface finish issues are not covered under the 8-year limited warranty.
3-Year Replacement Limited Warranty:
Applies to all other Diode Dynamics products not specified above (e.g., LED bulbs, accents, D-Switches, wiring harnesses, etc.). This covers manufacturing defects or product failure.
Important Note on Warranty Transferability:
Warranty coverage is extended only to the original purchaser of the products and is not transferable. Proof of original purchase (invoice, order confirmation) is required for any warranty request.
2. What the Warranty Covers:
This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional product failure under normal use. If Diode Dynamics India determines, in its sole discretion, that your product is defective in material or workmanship, we will, at our option, either:
- Repair the defective product.
- Replace the defective product with the same product or, if discontinued, one comparable in performance and value.
advlust.com does not offer compensation or coverage for installation labor, time, or any other incidental expenses that may be required for replacement or repair of warranty items.
3. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover (Exclusions):
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation, negligence, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.
- Damage caused by accidents, impacts, road debris, or natural disasters.
- Damage due to incorrect voltage, improper wiring, or incompatible electrical systems.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality (e.g., scratches, fading).
- Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or unofficial import channels.
- Disassembly, tampering, or unauthorized repair attempts of the product.
- Moisture intrusion if product instructions and installation guidance (e.g., proper sealing) are not followed.
(However, if moisture buildup becomes greater than simple condensation and is determined to be due to a genuine product seal issue, it may be covered at our discretion.)
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim (RMA Process):
To make a warranty claim, please request an RMA. Click here to fill out the RMA Request Form.
Provide Information: You will need to provide:
- Your full name and contact details.
- Your original order number (invoice/bill from authorized dealer).
- Reason for the warranty claim.
You may be required to answer questions or assist in diagnosing the issue.
RMA Issuance: If, after initial diagnosis, your product appears to be covered under warranty, advlust.com will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.
Return Shipping (Customer Responsibility): The customer is responsible for safely packaging and shipping the defective product to advlust.com service center at their own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Inspection & Resolution: Upon receiving the product, our team will inspect it. If the defect is verified and covered by the warranty, we will proceed with repair or replacement.
Replacement Shipping (advlust.com Responsibility): advlust.com will cover the shipping costs for sending the repaired or replacement product back to the customer within India.
5. Free Support Beyond Warranty:
advlust.com is committed to providing free technical support and assistance to all customers, even after the warranty period has expired. If your warranty has elapsed, we will still assist you in determining a solution or possible repair for any issues you might be having with our products, though replacement costs will be borne by the customer.
Important Considerations for Customers:
- Proof of Purchase: Always retain your original purchase invoice or order confirmation. This is your essential proof for any warranty claim.
- Professional Installation: While Diode Dynamics products are designed for easy installation, we highly recommend professional installation by a certified mechanic or auto electrician, especially for complex wiring or vehicle-specific applications, to avoid installation-related issues that could void the warranty.
- Local Conditions: Our products are built tough, but proper care and adherence to installation guidelines are crucial for longevity in diverse Indian conditions.
