At advlust.com, we understand that getting your high-performance LED lighting quickly and reliably is important. We partner with Shiprocket, a leading logistics platform, to ensure efficient and secure delivery of your orders across India.

1. Order Processing Time
For In-Stock Items: All in-stock orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in India and Hyderabad). Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST on a business day, or on weekends/public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
Note: Processing begins only after full payment confirmation via GoKwik checkout (powered by Easebuzz payment gateway). In case of high order volume or delays due to unforeseen circumstances, processing timelines may be extended slightly. We will notify you in such cases.
For Pre-Order Items: Pre-order items are processed for procurement from the US immediately after payment confirmation. The estimated delivery timeframe for pre-order items is detailed in Section 3b.
2. Shipping Charges
We offer tiered shipping charges based on your order value (after discounts and excluding shipping fees):
- Orders up to ₹2999: A flat shipping fee of ₹150 will be applied at checkout.
- Orders between ₹3000 and ₹4999: A reduced shipping fee of ₹99 will be applied at checkout.
- Orders of ₹5000 and above: Free standard shipping is provided.
Note on Combined Orders (In-Stock & Pre-Order):
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once all pre-order items have arrived. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders. Separate shipping charges will apply to each order.
3. Delivery Timeframes
We dispatch all orders via our trusted logistics partner, Shiprocket, for nationwide delivery.
a. For In-Stock Items (after dispatch):
- Within Telangana (Hyderabad & surrounding areas): 2–4 business days
- Metropolitan Cities (e.g., Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata): 3–7 business days
- Rest of India or Remote locations: 5–10 business days
b. For Pre-Order Items:
Pre-order items are specially procured from the US after your payment is confirmed.
Estimated Delivery Timeframe: Please allow 6–8 weeks from the date of payment for your pre-order to be delivered to your address. This timeframe includes international shipping, customs clearance, and domestic delivery to your location.
Important Note: These are estimated timeframes. While we strive to meet them, unforeseen delays due to international shipping, customs procedures, or other logistical challenges beyond our control may occur. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
General Note: All estimated delivery times are in business days. Actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
- Logistics partner delays
- Unfavorable weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Local restrictions or unforeseen events
- Remote delivery locations
4. Order Tracking
Once your order (or part of your order, if split) is dispatched, you will receive an email with your Shiprocket tracking number and a link to track your shipment's progress.
You can also track your order directly on our website by visiting our "Track Your Order" page (link to our website's tracking page) and entering your tracking number.
For pre-orders, tracking will become active once the item has cleared Indian customs and is handed over to Shiprocket for domestic delivery. We will keep you updated on the international procurement status.
5. Shipping Partners
We exclusively use Shiprocket for all our domestic shipments, leveraging their extensive network and reliable services to ensure your products reach you safely and efficiently.
6. Important Shipping Notes
High-Value Shipments: Given the nature of our products, all shipments are packed with utmost care and appropriate protective measures. We may also opt for additional insurance through Shiprocket for high-value orders to protect against loss or damage during transit.
Recipient Availability: Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the provided shipping address. Delivery attempts will typically be made by the courier partner. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
Address Accuracy: It is crucial to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including pincode and a valid mobile number. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Order Splits: In some cases, to optimize delivery, your order might be split into multiple shipments (e.g., in-stock items shipping separately from pre-order items if requested). You will be notified if this occurs, and each shipment will have its own tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Shipments: In the rare event that your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at connect@advlust.com / +91 8897340505 immediately. Please provide your order number and, for damaged shipments, clear photographs of the package and its contents. We will initiate an investigation with Shiprocket and work towards a swift resolution as per our Returns & Warranty Policy.
Important: You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a clear unboxing video and photographs that begin before the package is opened. Without this, we may not be able to assist or initiate resolution support.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping services directly to customers. All pre-order items are imported by advlust.com from the US.
8. Changes to Your Order/Shipping Address
Changes to your order or shipping address can only be made if the order has not yet been processed for dispatch (for in-stock items) or before the pre-order item has been shipped from the US. Please contact us immediately at connect@advlust.com / +91 8897340505 if you need to make any changes. Once an order is processed/shipped internationally, we cannot guarantee changes.

9. Delays Due to External Factors
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Natural calamities (e.g., floods, earthquakes)
- National or local strikes
- Government restrictions (e.g., lockdowns, customs bans)
- Courier partner service issues or inaccessibility
However, we will fully support and coordinate to get your product delivered at the earliest possible time.
