Overview

Stage Series. This harness is intended to be used with our Stage Series pods with backlight functionality. This harness connects directly to your vehicle's battery and allows you to power your offroad lighting. It features a three-way switch to toggle between the backlight, off, and the main beam. This harness uses high capacity 14AWG wiring and Deutsch DT connectors for simple plug-and-play installation.

This harness safely powers up to 25A of auxiliary lamps. Please refer to the current draw data below.

Control through OEM Aux Switches. This harness includes an OEM aux switch adapter wire that allows you to control your lights using a factory-installed aux switch bank. Two switches will be used - one for the main beam, and one for the backlight. For those who don't have the aux switch bank, you will use the included toggle switch adapter wire to mount a switch.

  1. I am looking to power two sets of SS3 Pods for the back light function only. Is it possible to use this harness for this application?
    This particular harness will give you the option for both backlight and main beam functionality.

  2. I installed this harness along with SS3 backlit fog lights in my 2021 Silverado, is there an illuminated switch that I can install instead of the one that comes with the harness that isn't lit ?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer a switch that lights up for this harness, but you may be able to source a different switch elsewhere that has that functionality!

  3. How long are each ends of the harness at C? Do they split at E and are each the 114”? I’m looking to power one pod on the drivers side of my truck and one on the passenger side, each at the break between the cab and bed.
    Each of the lines to the DT plug from the relay is 114" on this harness.

  4. Can I use this wiring harness with the non backlit ss3? I don't want to wait for the 2-pin on backorder.
    You can use this harness as a substitute but some modifications would have to be done to the DT connectors. They would have to be de-pinned and re-pinned as a 2-pin connector. If you do not have the SS3 Max power level then you can use the Light Duty Dual Output 2-Pin Offroad Wiring Harness harness as a substitute as it can handle up to 6 total amps per harness.

  5. Is this harness for both lights? or I need one for each. Thanks.
    This harness was designed to be used with 2 Pods

  6. I recently bought the SS5 pro with heavy duty harness and the auxbeam 8 gang. How do I wire the SS5 to the aux gang? Do I keep the relay? Or do you have a tutorial video were to cut the wires to connect to the aux gang? Where do I tap the red and black wire? Where to I connect the yellow and blue wire? Which part of the aux gang?
    If you are wiring this harness to a switchbank, you will use the included Aux wiretap with the Yellow and Blue wires in place of the standard button. You will keep the relay and you will hook the red and black wires to the battery, as this is the most reliable way to power the SS5s. From there you attach the yellow (main beam) and blue (backlight) wires to 2 separate positive terminals on your switchbank. This lets your aux bank act as the signal power to flip the relay. As of right now, we do not have a video showing this, but you may be able to find one.
