Overview

Stage Series. This harness is intended to be used with our Stage Series light bars and pods without backlight functionality. This harness connects directly to your vehicle's battery and allows you to power your offroad lighting. It features a two-way toggle switch, and uses high capacity 14AWG wiring and Deutsch DT connectors for simple plug-and-play installation.

This harness safely powers up to 25A of auxiliary lamps. Please refer to the current draw data below.

  1. Hey, is the harness made in the USA? Does the warranty for failure come directly to Diode Dynamics? Thanks
    This harness is manufactured by an overseas supplier to our exact specifications. This is backed by a 3 year warranty directly by Diode Dynamics.

  2. Can I wire the SS6 light bar wire harness into the hi.beams instead of using the toggle or aux switch?Installation is on a 2021 Ford Ranger XLT
    For this functionality, you can use an add-a-fuse/fuse tap to power the lightbars off of the factory High Beam fuse location!

  3. Can the SS3 fog lights be intensity controlled?
    The SS3 will be either all on or all off, controlled via the included switch with this harness.

  4. What type of connector is used to connect the switch to the harness, the white one? I have 2 harnesses (1 dual output, 1 single total 13A draw) and would like to use the single switch into a splitter
    The male connector is a Sumitomo MTW 6030-3991 while the Sumitomo MTW 6040-3111 is the female end!

  5. If I am planning on installing (2) Stage Series 3in with backlight on my 2023 F150. I would like to use my upfitter switches. I see that this does come this harness come with the aux adapter but it only has a single wire on the connector on two (for attaching to 2 switches). From the install video it looks like I need a separate adapter with 2 wires to connect.

  6. Does ss3 max combo has wiring in the box?
    All of our SS3s will include some basic pigtails that you can use to wire in the pod. Within the listing, there should also be an optional wiring harness to make the wiring a bit easier.

NOTE: The gold spade on the toggle switch should be connected to the black (ground) wire.
